美味しかった。肉はもちろん。前菜も努力してます。ただ、料理を出す間がありすぎて、ペアリングの酒が先に飲み干してしまいました。3時間は長過ぎます。次の時間がかなり押してしまった
スタッフはベテランと新人さん。新人さんはマニュアル通り。ベテランソムリエさんは対応さすがでした。
前菜も綺麗❣️お肉は窯じっくり焼きます。ソムリエの木村さんのサジェストが良いです
