アマンドやマツキヨのある交差点から、六本木ヒルズ方面に向かう路地にあるお店。
煌びやかな店内で、お城に来たかのよう。
完全個室でプライバシーが守られるので、接待にも使われそうです。
初めにメインのお肉を選ぶことができ、今回は米沢牛を選択。
サシが入ったお肉でとても柔らかく、とろける口溶けでした。脂がのっているのにまったくしつこくないので、コース終盤に出てきたにも関わらずあっさり完食。
コースは品数が多く量もあり、1つ1つ凝っていて満足度が高かったです。
お肉が売りのお店ですが、雲子や蟹の茶碗蒸しなど海鮮料理も充実していました。
意外にも美味しくて驚いたのがパン。モチモチした生地で旨みが強く、ついお代わりをしてしまいました。
また、メインの前こお口直しのジェラートにはみりんをかけて頂きましたが、甘じょっぱい味がクセになりました。
どの品も産地からこだわっており、素材の良さを感じられました。
