シェフのベースは、四川料理のようですが、
どの皿の味付けも、風味のバランスがよく、
抑制の効いた、とても好感の持てる味です。
この日、アラカルトメニューから散々悩んで、
注文したのは、以下の通り。

PP豆腐（ピーマンとピータン）
ヤリイカ（だったかな）の大葉風味の炒め物
スパイシーなスペアリブ
直送野菜の炒め物
麻婆豆腐
担々麺
杏仁豆腐
PP豆腐、ヘェ〜って感心しちゃいました。
ピータンとピーマンをムース状にして
豆腐にかけた一皿。ピータンとピーマン、
語呂合わせのようですが、こんなに相性がよいとは、
想像できませんでした。
イカの大葉の炒め物が出色の味！
炒め物に鮮やかな色合いと風味を、
細かく刻んだ大葉が、絶妙に加えます。
まるで古くからある定番料理のような
安定感のある角の取れた味わいです。
野菜炒めも素晴らしい。
素材の素晴らしさが際立つ、繊細な火入れと味付け。
麻婆豆腐、担々麺といった四川の定番料理！
際立ったスパイスの香りやジワッと効いてくる辛味に、
シェフのバックグラウンドを色濃く感じますが、
決して表面的な刺激や主張ではなく、
グッと抑えた内側から滲み出る滋味を感じます。
接客もとてもこなれて、朗らかで気持ちがよい。
駅近だし、言うことなし。再訪します！
