羊サンライズという食べログTOP1000に選出されている人気店の系列店です。
羊サンライズ行きたいけど予約取れないので、2人でこちらに行ってみました♪
定期的にシェフが変わりメニューも変わるらしいので楽しみ増えますね✨

頼みましたのは12000円のコースだったかな。

・羊とオマール海老の冷製カッペリーニ ※国産ラムとオマール海老がとても美味✨
・ミラノ風カツレツを羊肉で オーストラリア パスチャ 黒ニンニクマスタード ライム ※しっとりサクサクジューシーでこんな旨い肉は初めてかも✨
・羊のアニョロッティ 挽肉とチーズ 羊ミルクソースロクホール ※固めで肉肉しく風味良く最高美味✨
・羊のアクアパッツァ 羊とハマグリ ※レアで濃い味わいの旨いと唸る絶品でスープも最高美味✨
・羊のブラザード 赤ワイン 茨城県土浦 野口蓮根5000円もするらしい 肩ロース オーストラリア タスマニア産 ※柔らかくてホロホロ濃厚美味✨蓮根は高値は感じませんが美味しい✨
・カチョエペぺ ペッパー ペコリーノ ロマーノチーズ パスタ代わりにズッキーニ ※羊肉が美味✨
・羊のアロスティーニ 白ワイン醤油 パクチー パセリ トマト味噌アメーラ ※塩加減良く肉肉しく最高美味✨白ワイン醤油がベストマッチ♪
・羊のティラミス 羊ミルク マスカルポーネ ※上のクリームがシュワシュワして最高美味✨
