名物のモツ鍋は、
鶏ガラと豚骨をじっくり炊き上げて
作った特製ス ープで、
めちゃくちゃ美味しい。
醤油には安 政2年(1855年)創業の
福岡県博多の醤油屋ジョーキュウさんの
醤油を使用だそうで、
まろやかな深い味わいと豊 かな香りと、
九州醤油特有の甘みが、スープこコクを増し増し‼️
味噌も数種類独自でブレンドなんだって。
