It has been 18 years since we opened Tsukiji Aozora Third Generation Main Store in 2004. Ishikawa's goal is to work with the chefs to improve the quality of their dishes. At our store, customers generally do not bake anything. All of our products are grilled by our professional staff. Currently, at Roppongi Rinkarou, president Ishikawa and head chef Bunda Kuchi are the main grillers working with specialized staff. I plan to raise the level of my cooking by consulting with them every day regarding pasteurization.
SpaceWhat is Roppongi Rinkarou?
``Roppongi Rinkarou'' Ishikawa opened Roppongi, choosing Roppongi as a place where he could meet customers face-to-face in his quest for further growth. It may be a selfish name, but Ishikawa chose the name Rinkarou, combining the names of his eldest daughter Rinka and eldest son Rintaro, as he believes it is the most important thing at the moment. We aim to create a fun and wonderful restaurant so that our 9-year-old and 7-year-old children can continue to be restaurant that is loved by customers even when they grow up. I would like to grow together with the Tsukiji store in a way that suits the location.

Nine semi-private rooms separated by movable walls. ■Completely private room We also have one VIP private room where you can maintain a completely private space. This room can accommodate 2 to 4 people.
