真鱈の白子ポン酢ジュレ。この時期は白子ポン酢美味しいですよね。ちょっと気になったのは、上に乗ってる大葉の千切りがシナシナだった事この後、大丈夫かな？と心配になりました。
●ご飯と焼物1
ミナミマグロ。大トロよりの中トロを軽く焼いて、酢飯にドーン‼️ご飯はオカワリ出来るそうですが、ここで調子に乗るか否か…調子に乗りたくなります
焼物は、全て目の前で料理人の方が焼いてくださいます。
●お造り
赤貝と平目。平目は昆布〆してあります。
●サラダ
春菊のサラダ。ジャガイモと紫芋の細切りフライが乗せてあり、甘めな梨のドレッシング。これは美味しい
●焼物
正確には…焼うお六本木凛華楼名物の盛り合わせ です✨
豪華な絵柄の大皿に、6時間低温調理された真蛸、鰆、寒鰤、キンキ、鮪の横隔膜と大トロ中トロ、そして鮪のすき焼き。めちゃくちゃ映えます。
どれも美味しいのですが、鮪はチョット脳が混乱します(笑)見た目お肉な感じが強いので
●締め
濃厚蛤出汁の冷麺。大中小と選べますが、中をお願いしました。全然大で良かった九十九里産のハマグリのお出汁最高‼️
●甘味
キャラメルアイスクリーム。
デートにも向いてるお店だと思います。
