A Japanese Cuisine restaurant about 5 minutes walk from Roppongi Station. The exterior is based on white, giving it a luxurious feel. It is a sister restaurant to Japanese Cuisine Mita Basara main branch, which has been awarded one Michelin star for three consecutive years. You can also enjoy ``Tomato Sukiyaki'', which is a specialty of the main store, at this villa. This time I received the Tomato Sukiyaki Meat Extra Set. Normally you get 2 pieces of meat, but with this set you get 4 pieces! For those who want to enjoy hearty meat, this set is definitely the one to choose. Click here for the course content! [Eight appetizers] - Komochi kelp dip - Fried cod milt - Japanese black beef red miso stew - Raw oysters with ponzu sauce -Oyster teriyaki - Garibata shrimp - Deep-fried shrimp and sweet potato - Rape blossoms soaked in mustard [Sashimi] Grilled Spanish mackerel with frosting [Specialty] ] The tomato Sukiyaki meat is rib roast of domestically produced Japanese black beef. [Meals] Carefully selected by a five-star rice master. Kettle-cooked rice made from the rice dedicated to Ise Jingu, "Musubi no Kami." Miso soup made with naturally brewed miso. [Sweetness] Mitarashi pudding. Delicious appetizers. Introducing 8 beautiful items. I'm having trouble deciding where to start... I got it from Komochi kelp soaked! The texture of bubble wrap herring roe is irresistible. From fried milt to fried radish. This is my first time trying fried radish! Even though it was fried, the flavorful daikon radish retained its freshness and was quite delicious. The milt is also creamy and delicious! The red miso stew of Kuroge Wagyu beef had guinea pigs, and the rape blossoms were Japanese-style and had a gentle flavor that was exquisite! All eight dishes were of a high level of deliciousness, and expectations were high for the main course that followed. The main dish, tomato Sukiyaki, has a total of 8 pieces of luxuriously sized Kuroge Wagyu beef! Apparently they use tomatoes from Kyoto. I'm from Kyoto, so I felt kind of happy. Garlic and oil in a pot. The combination of garlic-scented oil and Sukiyaki is quite unusual! The first layer is onions, tomatoes, and meat. The food is cooked right in front of you and divided into serving plates. Even the way it was presented on the plate was beautiful and perfect! ! Apparently they use onions from Awaji Island. Flavorful onions and creamy, juicy tomatoes. It was my first time to have tomatoes in Sukiyaki, but it was so delicious that I was convinced that it is a specialty of this restaurant. The meat was larger than I expected, and even just one piece was quite filling, making it truly luxurious! It's so soft and delicious... happiness…. You can enjoy two types of eggs: hot spring eggs and raw eggs. Onsen eggs are a smart idea so that even foreigners who are not accustomed to eating raw eggs can enjoy them. wonderful. When you crack open a hot spring egg, you'll find a bright orange yolk inside! I have never seen such dark eggs! It's so rich. Onsen eggs mix better with meat, so I've only eaten raw eggs so far, but I think I might like this way of eating them quite a bit. The second layer is mizuna, tomatoes, and meat. I thought it was unusual to have mizuna in Sukiyaki, but it has a nice crunchy texture! Each grain of pot-cooked rice carefully selected by Rice Meister has a firm texture. When I tried it with Sukiyaki, I couldn't stop eating it and ended up having two bowls. At the end, pour over the raw egg soaked in the sauce, top with the meat, and make a luxurious egg-cooked rice that is a complete meal! My friend was full after eating 3 pieces of meat, so I ended up eating 5 pieces...(lol) If you don't eat much, the extra meat set might be a lot! I didn't have much to spare, so if you want to eat a lot, I recommend this set! The final dish is Mitarashi Pudding! This is an irresistible dish for someone like me who loves both mitarashi and pudding. Plenty of sweet and salty mitarashi sauce on top of the melty and smooth pudding! It was a great dinner from start to finish. With a luxurious interior, very polite customer service, and completely private rooms, this restaurant is suitable for dates and entertainment. I will be using this again! ! it was delicious!
