タイ料理と和の食材、調理法を取り入れた新感覚のレストランという事で伺いました。
お店のお名前はオーナーのビアさんのあだ名を当て字にした命名。
香箱蟹、近江牛、気仙沼フカヒレ、やま幸のマグロどれも皆知っている名産地、卸の食材をタイ料理のスパイスで今まで食べた事ないテイストに仕上げてくれています。
どれも日本人の舌に合うように和食の料理長の技術が光っています。各料理、絶対ご飯好きじゃんという雰囲気のビアさんがこだわりを一生懸命説明してくれます！
そして、ワインのペアリングがあるんですが、今回は日本酒を頼みました。日本酒とのマリアージュも最高です。ぜひ試してみてください。
ソムリエさん、スタッフさんのサーブも丁寧。お店も綺麗で食べログsilverも納得。
デザートまでしっかり美味しかったです！
