もう、言うことなし。
香り、風味が好みにピッタリ合って、
たまらないですね。
アラカルトでいろいろ楽しみました。
まずパクチーの悶絶サラダ。チリが効いています。
味がピシッと決まっていて、食欲増進。
よいスターター。
名物料理のようだったので、海老雲呑と鮑を。
雲呑、美味い！海老の抜群の食感。
鼻に抜ける油の絶妙な香り。
その他に北京ダック、スペアリブの蒸物を注文。
北京ダックにはリンゴのスライスが挟んであり、
食感とほのかな甘味が加えられています。繊細です。
締めに蟹レタス炒飯と坦々麺。
特に炒飯が気に入りました。
私、実は高級店の炒飯が少し苦手なんですが、
こちらのは大変美味しくいただきました。
デザートの杏仁豆腐も、穏やかな和三盆の甘さが
とても効果的に活かされていて、秀逸。
我々はこの日はジャスミン茶で通したのですが、
何も言わなくても、何度も差し湯に来てくれる。
サービスも行き届いています。
アラカルトとコース、両方提供しているのに、
皿出しもとてもスムーズ。
お酒を飲んでいないこともありますが、これで
1人あたり8,000円を切るという、優れたCP！
