Born in Kanagawa Prefecture. After graduating from culinary school, he is a rising star who gained experience for about 9 years at ``Tokarin'', a Chinese restaurant that ``The Okura Tokyo'' is proud of. After that, he trained under Chef Hara at Private Kitchen Isamu, and was appointed as the head chef of the sister restaurant [Azabu Isamu], which opened on May 15, 2022.

Please enjoy Chinese food tailored to the Japanese palate. Recommended dish is ``Isamu's famous steamed abalone with two kinds of sauce.'' It is a masterpiece that combines the flavor of abalone soup, butter, and umami liver sauce. The ``Shrimp Cloud Fish Sauce'' is also a must-try dish that goes well with orange wine. You can also try rare dishes such as abalone risotto-style fried rice.
