The thing that worries me about Sushi that are a little expensive is the price of Sushi and drinks when I order the products at market prices or the omakase selection. Depending on the store, the prices are listed as current prices, so you may not know what prices are attached to each item, or you may receive a slip that only shows the total amount without knowing the details of the bill. We clearly indicate how much everything costs on our menus and receipts, so you can order and enjoy your meal with confidence. There are no service charges.

Our sushi rice is as follows. The rice is Koshihikari rice grown in Fukushima Prefecture, and the water level and cooking time are changed depending on the season, and the rice is cooked to a firm consistency so that the rice is firm and sweet. For the vinegar, we used aged red vinegar from Ichiba Vinegar in Ehime Prefecture to create our unique combination of shari. We use Ichiume bacteria, which the founder discovered from the climate of Ehime and grew by culturing pure bacteria. Red vinegar is made only from sake lees that has been aged for 10 years. The sharp acidity and deep richness create a harmony with Shari.
