Roppongi Sushi Apartment と記されているだけの看板があります。
五反田の鮨あさひが母体の寿司店です。
ワンフロアーに3つの区画を設け、3つのコンセプトの寿司店を展開しています。
右手の部屋、正面のカウンター、左手奥の部屋と独立させた造りになっています。
・鮨無垢 五反田同様ペアリングコースです。
・鮨白銀 無垢と白銀の違いが分かりませんが、
こちらもペアリングが用意されています。
・鮨カゲロウ にぎりのみの構成です。
この度は、店内左奥手にある鮨カゲロウへ。
漆黒をイメージしているそうで、黒基調の店内は、半六角のカウンター6席のみ。

赤酢ベースの舎利は、硬め、キレのいいサッパリした味わいです。
◆貴 うすにごり (片口 1,200円 税込)
微炭酸のうすにごりは寿司にぴったり。
なお、今後、構成と価格は変更される模様です。
