どれも一定水準美味しいし安いし提供される物に対して文句無し！
日本酒とのペアリングの意味や理由も説明してくれて勉強になった。
やはり自分の好みでドリンクを決めてしまうと新たな発見が無いけど、そういう意味でペアリングは価値観を広げてくれるから良い。
残念だった点は
入店時 入り口にスタッフが居らず暫く待たされた事。かなり待たされた。
最初の対応も感じの良いものではなく冒頭で少しイラッとしてしまった。笑
せめて
いらっしゃいませ
くらいは伝えるべきだと思う。
その後 席では握り手の方が感じ良く対話をしてくれた為、ある程度ネガティブ感情を払拭して
食事が出来た。
総合で考えてみると
やはり日本酒ペアリングが無かったら物足りなく感じるかもしれない。
このペアリング提案の価値込みでコスパの良さを感じた。
もしまた来る機会があるならば必ずペアリングはしてもらおう…
そんな事を考えながら帰路に着いた。
