六本木に用事があり、初訪問しました。
おつまみ付きのコースに、日本酒のペアリングが付いて14000円ほど。
とっても安いので若干クオリティに不安をもちつつの訪問でしたが、おいしかったです！
おつまみのクオリティがたかく、鮑の姿煮の肝ソースがとっても濃厚で好みでした！
添えてあるお米は日本酒を作っているお米だかで、かなり小粒で、とても硬いものでした。笑
握りはスタンダードではあるものの、細かく包丁をいれる等大将のこだわりが感じられ、今後も楽しみです。
日本酒についても詳細を教えてくださったり、料理に合わせてよく考えられていることや、日本酒が好きだと伝えると並々に注いでくれたりと、サービスも良かったです。
店内は外国人観光客の方で賑わっておりました。
帰り際、お土産用の日本酒をいただきました。
また行きます！ご馳走様でした。
