「串揚げPyon」さんへ訪問です。
2022年10月に六本木移転し
リニューアルオープンが初めての訪問です。
みなさんご存知の通り長谷川稔グループの串揚げ店で、店主は邉修和（ピョンノブカズ）氏で店名Pyonは店主の名前からきてます。
黒を基調とした店内はカウンター10席のみ。
大衆的なイメージが強い大阪ソウルフードの串揚げを最高の食材を用いて、王道系から創作系まで楽しめるお店でメニューは2カ月に一回変更。
油切りの技術により軽くて旨い、創意工夫された食材の組み合わせと味付けで一体感が素晴らしかったです。
