ゴーデンウィーク3日の日に所用の為六本木に出向きました。
国立新美術館に丁度12時に着きました。
ランチを済ませようと周辺を散策していた所表のメニュー看板に蕎麦のセットが有りましたのでこちらのお店に入店。
敷居が高そうな雰囲気では有りましたが、店員さんの接客が良く期待が持てそう。
本日頂いたのは
天丼&ざる蕎麦 1600円
▪️ざる蕎麦
外はポカポカ陽気で温かい蕎麦よりは冷たい蕎麦が食べたい気分。
提供された大皿には結構な量のお蕎麦です。
若干幅のある細麺ですがコシが強くツルツルと喉越しがいい。
カエシはしょっぱく無くそば湯で割らなくても飲めるやつ。
なのでそば湯は付いて来ません。
薬味はネギとミョウガだったかな！(うろ覚え)
▪️天丼
天ぷらはタレがかかってもサクサク食感。
海老、ししとう、さつまいもなど5〜6種は有りましたがどれもいい仕事してます。
ご飯もやや硬めでタレが染みてもべちゃべゃにならなくいい炊き具合。
タレがめちゃくちゃ美味しかった。
甘めで醤油の塩梅が絶妙。
これなら天丼単品で食べたかったなー！
タレご飯だけでも3杯は食べれる位美味しかったです。
☆小鉢のキャベツに魚系の味がしますが、何かわからなかったので優しい店員さんに聞いた所、鰤のアラが入ってます。
との事でした。
夜はおしゃれ飲み屋さんになるお店でした。
