●The SHEEP FORCE
ども、二日酔い飯です。さて、六本木一丁目駅の近くにあるアークヒルズの中の店舗が結構ガラッと変わったようで。何が出来たのか調べていたら、「The SHEEP FORCE」なるお店を発見。なんでも羊肉料理のお店で、麻布十番にある羊SUNRISEが出している、羊肉のグリル＆ステーキのお店のよう。他のお店の変わりようも見たかったので、どんな感じになったのか行ってみることにしました！場所はアークカラヤン広場に面したところ、元々ここなんだったっけなぁ……。思い出せない。
カラヤン広場に面したところのお店がちょこちょこと変わっているみたいですね。The SHEEP FORCEの二件隣くらいにはたしか陳麻婆豆腐があったような気がしていたんですが、そこも入れ替わっていました！
●注目メニュー
プレミアムローストラムチョップ 2900円

ふむ、グリル＆ステーキがメインですね。ハンバーグや、カレー、なんなら豚肉や牛肉まであるので、羊目当てじゃなくても案外楽しめそうなラインナップ。ちょっとお高いけど、せっかく羊サンライズ系列に来たんだったらプレミアムなローストラムチョップがいいかな？ということで、そちらをチョイス。
で、なんか”THE PIE HOLE Los Angeles”というお店のパイをデザートで食べられるようで（500円）なんか、聞いたことが無かったけど、興味が湧いたのでそちらも追加してみました！
●プレミアムローストラムチョップ
ドリンクもついているので、アイスティーをお願いしました。

で、サラダです。結構ボリューミー。
スープ。ドリンク、サラダ、スープが付いてこの値段ならそんなに高い！ってほどでもないかもしれませんね。
そして、いよいよメインのローストラムチョップが登場。
おー、おいしそう。ナイフを入れてみると、するっと柔らかい肉質。いい感じにローストされていて、香ばしい感じがいいですね。羊特有の風味というか、あるんですが、そんなに強くなく上品なイメージ。ただ、羊食べたい！！！っていうひとにはちょっと物足りないかもしれませんねｗあの香り含めてのラムだとおもうので。岩塩と粒のマスタードとの相性は抜群。うーん、美味しいな。
合わせたのはライスなんですが、全然ご飯にもあう。一本食べ終えたくらいで、焼いてあるレモンを絞ってかけてみると、更に爽やかさが増します。さすが羊サンライズ系列だなー！上品なラム、おいしかったです。

こちらはラムバーグ、こっちも羊特有の臭みはほぼ無かったそうで。

で、今日のパイがこちら。
結構しっとりしたパイ、くるみかな？ナッツが美味しい！
●ごちそうさまでした！
羊サンライズ、まだいけてないんですよね〜。でもこちらの系列店では臭みのない美味しい羊肉が食べられたので、期待はたかまりますよね！一回行ってみたい！テラス席もあるので、風が涼しい日は外でローストラムチョップなんてのも良いかもしれませんね。
