久しぶりのお友達とこちらのお店へお邪魔しました。
六本木ミッドタウンからすぐの好立地。
隠れ家のような店構えの中に入ると、炭火のまわりを囲むようにカウンター席が広がります。
食べたいものが色々あったのでアラカルトでお願いしました。
まずはシャンパーニュのグラスで乾杯。
◆あん肝の煮付け
これがお通しなのは嬉しい！
甘辛いあん肝はこれは日本酒にぴったり！
ということで日本酒を！
麓井 純米本辛 圓
すっきりめのものをリクエストしました。
◆たらの白子ポン酢
こちらも日本酒がすすみます。
文佳人リズール純米吟醸
こちらも爽やかでジューシーな味わいです。
◆しいたけ出汁焼き
目の前の焼き場で色々焼いていただけるので臨場感を味わえます。
傘に出汁を注いで焼いているのですが、しあちけのいい香りか広がります。
まずは出汁を頂き、そのあと傘の部分を頂きます。（軸の部分は焼けていないので残します）
◆淡路島の玉ねぎ
絶妙な火入れで、玉ねぎの甘みがぎゅっとつまっていてたまりません。北海道のなまら塩をつけていただきました。
◆ホタテ磯辺焼き
からすみが振りかけられており贅沢な一品。
ガス臭さを消すため、バーナーを炭越しに炙るという技で仕上げられています。
ホタテも大ぶりで食べ応えがあります。
東洋美人純米吟醸50
甘く華やかな味わい。日本酒の種類もたくさんあって嬉しいです。
◆さつま揚げ
大将が仕込んださつまあげで、しょうが強めに入っていて私好み！揚げたてなのでカリじゅわった！
◆秋刀魚の塩焼き
絶妙の火入れで無言で身をほぐしながら食べていました。
甲子林檎KINOENEAPPLE純米吟醸
リンゴ酸使った珍しい日本酒。
甘味と酸味のバランスがいいです。
◆季節の土鍋炊込み
〆は鮭といくらの土鍋炊き込みご飯。いくらがこれでもかとのっています。
炭火焼きの美味しいお野菜、お魚を楽しむことができました。月に一度はメニューが変わるそうなのでそれもまた楽しみでまた伺いたいと思いました。
