My senior manager told me to choose a good restaurant, so I searched for a restaurant with good reviews and good value for money, and I ended up here. Just looking at Tabelog page, I could tell how rare it was, so I decided to post it here. I've been to Ishii in Osaka once, and I was able to trust the taste from the beginning. When I ate it, I felt that compared to regular Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), it was difficult to maximize the potential of the meat. Having said that, of course it's delicious, and I think it's great that you can enjoy it while talking with others, just like you would with Yakiniku (Grilled meat). The heart was so delicious that I ordered two more dishes. The minced rice bowl is also seasoned to make the most of the ingredients, making it a perfect meal. It's easy these days to order with a QR code. I think it's topical. This score is quite impressive after only being open for half a year. Around Roppongi, there are quite a few restaurants that sell Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) for over 10,000 yen, so it's easy on the wallet.
