平日の夜に予約して訪問。カウンターと個室があり、今回はカウンターに案内していただきました。
西麻布らしい落ち着いた大人の雰囲気です。
フォアグラの醤油マカロンからスタート。前菜としてのマカロンがマッチしていておもしろいです！
ヒゲと薄皮も食べられるヤングコーンなどはヒゲの部分、はじめていただきましたが美味しかったです。
一品づつ素材もソースもたくさん使われていてベースのフレンチに和の食材を融合させているように感じました。
特に印象に残った「ほうじ茶の香りをつけたオイル」がとても香り高く美味しかったです。手作りでつくられているようで作り方を教えていただけましたが、自分ではできなさそうなのでまた食べにお伺いします。デザートの自家製バニラプリンの後の〆には一口醤油ラーメンもでて、こちらのお店でシメまででてきて満足度◎
カウンター席は調理風景が見られます。
フレンチ出身のソムリエさんもいてグラスワインがどれも美味しく飲み物もとても楽しめました。
