We visited Nebuka, who has a store in Minato-ku, Tokyo. The location is on the second floor of a building about a 5-minute walk from Roppongi Station on the Hibiya Line. I had heard it was Bistro, but the interior looks like a Japanese Cuisine restaurant. And it has the unique scent of a new store. That's no wonder; it just opened in February of this year. There are counter seats and private rooms. The owner of this restaurant used to be a sommelier at "Kojo" in Roppongi. The contents of the dishes we received this time are as follows. ○Shizuoka radish soup ○Saga white asparagus dip ○Sautéed foie gras Raisin brioche Black truffle ○Drained scallops Dipped in water ○Sautéed taro Enoki mushroom sauce ○Chiyogen pork shoulder loin with shabu shabu white miso ○ Homemade focaccia ○ Golden sea bream rape blossoms ○ Roasted Ezo venison turtle mushrooms Fuki miso ○ Moon lily risotto with jasmine rice ○ Chiyogen pork pancetta Carbonara ○ Chocolate ice cream I posted a photo, but they used Japanese-style meal. There are many dishes that look like Japanese-style meal. For example, the first ``radish soup'' served was dashi stock? When I drank it, the radish material and flavor were completely different from what I had imagined. At first glance, I think "Kinmedai" is a bit Western-style. When I thought about it, it was a perfect ``Japanese''. What's more, the dashi stock from the clams and clams was very effective and had a heartwarming taste. "Ezo venison" had good meat quality. It tasted delicious. Thank you for the meal. We had a very enjoyable time.
