コースをオーダーしました。どれも手仕事された印象があり、コスパ高いお店だと思います。ふぐ、蟹など高級素材と出汁のマッチが絶妙でした。接待に使えるお店だと思います。
料理人の方があまりに寡黙すぎて、、笑
かといって、料理で圧倒されるかといったらそうでもない
どっちつかずな感じ。成人男性はもう二軒くらいいける量感なのでおすすめしない
森ちゃんお薦めのお店。
大将一人でやっている小さなお店だから、
大将のこだわりが100パーセント伝わってくる。
