Our restaurant is popular for its fresh seafood, including ``scalloped sea urchin'' grilled on a charcoal grill, which is the most ordered menu among customers, and a hearty `` Seafood salad'' containing salmon roe and five types of seasonal sashimi. All of the seafood we serve is sourced from Toyosu, and we also offer a variety of seasonal menu items, such as winter Anchovy liver, so please enjoy the seasonal flavors of each season.

In addition to seafood, our restaurant also offers a wide variety of menu items using Japanese black beef of A4 rank or higher. Our restaurant stocks a wide variety of popular sake and shochu, including Aramasa No.6 and Dassai. The store manager, who is in charge of purchasing, mainly purchases sake that he thinks will go well with the restaurant's dishes, so they go perfectly with the food and snacks.
