I went to this restaurant because I wanted to eat delicious Edomae Sushi. Sashimi: There are 7 types of sashimi, so I'm very satisfied. Seasonal vegetables: It's edamame, but it was roasted in a skillet with edamame and salt, probably with a small amount of water. Since the beans are not boiled, the beans themselves are extremely delicious. I thought I'd try this. Seasonal dish: Bonito and shito peppers made into Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) style.
