こちらもずーっとＢＭしていてなかなか行けなかったお店。
結局私、イタリアンかフレンチかってなったら、フレンチになっちゃうんだよ。笑
そしたら今回連れが、イタリアンか寿司が良いなぁ、なんていうもんだから、何件か見繕って送ったレストランを改めて考えなおし、イタリアンじゃ、あ！そうだ！とこちら。
仲良しなレビュワーさんも大絶賛で、しかしオープン時間ピッタリじゃないと、エレベーターがとまらない、ということも、そのレビュワーさんから前もって予習済み。笑
しかし連れはそんなこと知らないから、「エレベーター止まらないんだけど！？」って焦ったラインがきましたが、「大丈夫！私ももうつくからちょっと待ってて」って、私時間ピッタリにつくなり、エレベーターも普通に４階でとまる。笑
１８時予約は私たちともう一組のセレブ感ただようお姉さま方2人組、先にスパークリングやってます。良いですねー
私たちもさっそく席についてスパークリングで乾杯☆
それからだいたい料理は10分間隔くらいで提供されるのですが、なんかなんだろ、少し間延びして感じてしまうのは！？
少量多皿構成で、一皿の量が一口二口で終わってしまうので、一皿食べるのに1分くらいなんだよね、たぶん（私ががっつきすぎなのか？）ペアリングにしてもらってるワインも、皿の量に合わせた提供なだけに、おそらく60ミリくらい、でもそれだと次の料理を待つ時間のうちに飲み終わっちゃってもあれだから、ちびちび飲まなくちゃいけないし笑
一皿一皿はもちろん美味しいんだけど、あーっうまい！うまい！（煉獄さん？笑）って何口も食べたいのにできないのももどかしいし、なんだか不完全燃焼、もっと飲みたいしもっと食べたいのだが！笑
なんだろ、もしかして１９時半予約とかのがサッサと食べてさっさといけたのか？
私たちともう一組が18時予約、奥の二人組がおそらく18時半か１９時予約、そして最後に一人でごはんを食べにきた！？
若い男性（静か～～に食べて誰より早く帰っていった。）おそらく彼19時半予約とかだと思うんだけど、
実際私たち二人が一番最後まで席に座ってた謎。笑
まぁ、最後のほう私も酔っぱらって、シェフに話かけちゃったりして、それで盛り上がって、最後は三人でレストランやここの不動産裏話とか聞けたりして楽しかったけどね～笑
ほぼワンオペで回してるからか、一斉スタートでなくても、最後は結局同じペースになってしまうのはしょうがないか？
料理は私のタイミングが合わなかったのか、ツボにはまるものが残念ながらなかったなぁ～～。
