店名の通り、隠されたところにテレビ的なモニターがあったり、お化粧室にはシャワーがあったりと、コンセプトもヒトクセ遊び心があるレストラン❣️
北イタリアで修行されたシェフによる本格的かつこだわりを感じるお料理が、なんと11皿も…！
お鮨のおまかせコースの感覚に近くて、ぎゅっとおいしいものをどんどん食べていくストーリーが楽しい〜♡変幻自在なお料理に、ドラマティックが止まらない⚡️
かつ、ペアリングがたいそう秀逸(°д°)
一皿ごとに絶妙なマリアージュのワインを、結構ドボドボと注いでいただけて最高！！コース全体のワイン量で1人あたりワインボトル0.7本分くらいはあるとのこと。
お料理と合わせて22,500円のペアリングコースなのに、これはもしやすごくリーズナブル…！！
ノンアルペアリングも良きらしいので、一度試さなきゃ♡
今回特に印象に残ったのは「秋刀魚のテリーヌ」。目にも美しく、スモークの香りがたまらない逸品。黒ニンニクのペーストや紫芋との相性も抜群❣️
カプレーゼも衝撃的においしかったー！全体のお味がとってもハイバランス。ブッラータそのものも超フレッシュすぎて甘くって、良き…(´；ω；｀)
モンブランのセミフレッドも、1枚1枚お洋服を脱がせちゃうようなウフフの後に、完成度の高すぎるモンブランが隠れてた。
いやー、本当に何を食べてもおいしくて感激❤️
もうちょっと食べたいかも、って思う量で次のお料理に移行するのが切なくもベストという…ｗ
コンセプトどおり、アットホームな雰囲気なので緊張せず行けるのもデート向き。デザートとってもおいしかったけど、デザートをチーズに変えられるのも、グルマンor酒呑みさんには嬉しいサービス✨
こちらでバースデーのお祝いをお願いすると、1年後の自分にお手紙を書けるというサービスがあるのも素敵ー！店名が小さく入ったお洒落なカードをチョイスして手紙を書くと、本当に1年後にお店が投函してくださるんだそう❣️
2人の素敵な未来への期待を記しておくにはもってこいですね…
コロナの自粛中には、シェフの本気のラーメンのテイクアウトもあったそうで話題になってたんですが、あの「飯田商店」さんでラーメンの研修まで受けていたそう…！シェフのこだわり力はやっぱり本物ですね(º﹃º )
