メニューはお任せコース一本のみ。大体30000円前後。

⚪︎クエのカブラ蒸し
（細かくしたバチコの炙りがのってます。クエカブラはじめて食べました。バチコの香りが良くたっぷりのカブラおろしは胃のウォーミングアップにピッタリ。）
⚪︎松葉蟹の腕
（1番出汁の中には繋ぎなしの松葉蟹が。立派な松葉蟹の身はふわっととろっとして甘味と旨味が素晴らしい。箸でほぐすと蟹味噌が1番出汁に溶け出してまた違った味わいに。）
⚪︎フグ刺し
（トラフグの身と皮がミルフィーユ状に重なって盛られてます。ポン酢とあん肝ポン酢で。トラフグの身はさっぱりとして皮のコリっとした独特の弾力がたまりません。）
⚪︎トロサワラの造り
（トロサワラの皮目に塩を振って藁焼きに。すだちを絞って山葵を付けて頂きます。醤油はお好みでと言われましたが付けなくて十分な旨さ。脂がのっててトロのよう。皮目だけ香ばしくパリッと焼かれたトロサワラの美味しさには脱帽です。）
⚪︎焼き白子
（白味噌を合わせて。香ばしく焼かれた弾けそうな皮を破くと中から熱々のクリーミーな白子がトロ〜ととめどなく溢れ出てきます。濃厚なクリームのような白子に優しい甘さの白味噌が好相性。）
⚪︎トラフグの唐揚げ
（ぷりっとした身は唐揚げにすることによってジューシーで香ばしく油との相性良し。）
⚪︎白甘鯛
（松笠焼きで。衣は一枚一枚が立っていてパリパリカリカリ。身は厚みがありふっくらフワフワ。木の芽の香りが心地よいです。酸味のある餡もたまりません。）
⚪︎海老芋唐揚げ
（海老芋の唐揚げと原木しいたけに湯葉が。その上に鼈甲餡がかかってます。しいたけは油通ししてあってみずみずしさアップ。海老芋の唐揚げはホクホク。）
⚪︎氷魚の炊き込みご飯
（琵琶湖で取れた氷魚は鮎の赤ちゃんだそうです。白魚みたいでふわふわとやわらかくまろやかな旨味があります。ナメコの味噌汁。漬物は鰹節が混ざった白菜と山椒昆布。）
⚪︎三宝柑
（三宝柑をくり抜いて器にした丸ごとゼリー。三宝柑をゼリーに絞って頂きます。ゼリーは寒天感はなくフルフルで果汁も加わり柑橘の香りもしてさっぱり。）
素材の味を存分に活かしていてシンプルですが手間暇かけてるのが伝わる洗練されたお料理です。実直なご主人の人柄が料理に現れていて美味しかったです。
サービスも良く季節ごとにお伺いしたいと思えるお店です。
