年末この辺りに用事があったので、こちらのお店を予約して訪問いたしました。お休みの店舗が多い中開けてくださっていて助かりました。外観からはお店がわかりにくいですが、写真の看板のあるビルです。
5階に入口がありましたが、店内に螺旋階段があって、上の階にも座席があるようでした。
5階の店内はカウンターと私達が使用したテーブル席がありました。店内には緑の植物とワインが飾られていました。
予約しておいたのは、シェフおすすめランチコース6600円です。

ワインはグラスでいただきましたが、ソムリエの方が詳しくていらっしゃってお話しもお上手でした。
お料理の中で印象的なのは、松野氏の蝦夷鹿です。凄腕ハンターと言われている方だそうです。かなり美味しい蝦夷鹿でした！
液体窒素のパフォーマンスがあったり、コーヒー紅茶類の香りを試せたりと楽しい要素も散りばめられています。
