この濃厚なソースに合わせるからすみの塩味がいいアクセントでした
■カツベ牛 トリュフ 赤ワイン
メインは島根県産のカツベ牛のステーキ
カツベ牛は味の芸術品と称される肉質でそれに合わせるのは赤ワインベースのソース
とても食べやすい個体でもっといただきたかったです
あまり経験のないイノベーティブイタリアンでしたがどの料理も味わったことがない料理でした
個室もありサービスもしっかりとしていてとてもいいお店だと思います！
