4年ほど前に一度行った記憶がありますが、リニューアルしたのかな？店内に入ると真ん中に螺旋階段があり、緑豊かな空間を登っていくと上の階は完全個室の広々とした座席。
特選ランチコース(11,000円)を頂きました。
コース内容は以下の通り。
■アミューズ１
マスカルポーネパイの一口パイと安納芋のポタージュ
ポタージュにハーブが効いていてスパイスが良いアクセントに。
■アミューズ２
馬肉とイチゴのアミューズで、見た目は完全にティラミス！
■オーロラサーモンのミキュイ 洋梨と液体窒素
こちらはランチでもディナーでも必ず出している，液体状のソースを目の前で液体窒素で氷状にして仕上げてくるお店の名物。
オーロラサーモンはビックリするほどしっとりねっとりでとっても美味しい！
パフォーマンスはもちろんのこと、色合いも春らしく可愛くて素敵な一皿でした。
■生ウニとカラスミのパスタ
誰もが好む濃厚なウニとカラスミのコラボレーション。
間違えない美味しさで，付け合わせのパンを使い、残ったソースもしっかり頂きました♪
■鮑のポワレ 肝ソース
コリコリ食感の鮑と濃厚なソースでこちらも美味。
■お口直しのシャーベット
ルビーチョコレートエアーという名前どおり、口の中に入れた瞬間にほろっと無くなる結晶の様なシャーベット。
■「幻の牛」島根県産かつべ牛のロティ トリュフソース
とってもやわらかいかつべ牛は脂もしっかり載っていて、トリュフの香りと共に。
■季節のフルーツとシャンパンのゼリー ココナッツのグラニテ添え
こちらはとてもさっぱり！締めのスイーツに最適
■小菓子
ハーブティーは数種類から選べました。
ワインのセレクトも好みで，ボリュームや味のバランスも良く万人ウケしそうなイタリアンでした！
何より店内がゆっくり出来るしウッディで個人的にツボでした♪
