[Order details] ◯ Sophisticated Italian Cuisine / French cuisine- 9 items (¥11,000) - Amuse 1 - Amuse 2 - Aurora salmon Mikui - Abalone - Raw sea urchin and mullet spaghetti - Palate cleansing granita - Hokkaido Mr. Matsuno's Ezo deer roti - Orange mousse Gorgonzola sorbet - Small sweets ◯ Lots of alcohol [Impressions] As mentioned above, these are the 5th and 6th floors, and you can climb up to the 6th floor from the 5th floor using the spiral staircase inside the store. Both 5f and 6f are very stylish. This time I used a private room on the 6th floor, and the private room is also amazing. The music and decorations in the private rooms are very stylish. Every dish was delicious and it was a very satisfying dinner! ● Amuse 1 → It was a finger food of mascarpone cheese and scallops (with caviar), but it had a strong flavor and was exquisite. It was delicious! ● Hokkaido Mr. Matsuno's Ezo deer roti → It didn't taste like a beast at all. To be honest, if you close your eyes, you could mistake it for a cow.
