＊馬肉 ふきのとう
見た目は華やかなティラミスのようですが、一口食べるとそこには馬肉の旨みが。カカオの濃厚な香りが馬肉の臭みを取り去って上品な味わいに生まれ変わらせていました。

2種類のパスタは絶品の一言。
人気の雲丹とからすみのパスタは、濃厚でありながらも繊細な味わいが口の中に広がります。
ジューシーな雲丹とからすみが、絶妙な組み合わせを生み出し、舌を唸らせる。
珍しい地方のワインも多数揃えられており、ジョージアのオレンジワインなど、見た目からは想像できない味わいを楽しむことができました。
