お店に入ると植物とワインのボトルがたくさんある店内に、おしゃれな螺旋階段。

【豚のリエット 安納芋のポタージュ】
安納芋は、上にローズマリーの香りの泡が乗ってて香りがとてもいい！
上に豚のリエットが乗ったパウンドケーキも美味しかった。
【帆立 アメリケーヌ】
ズワイガニのほぐし身とせとかが上に乗ったアメリケーヌ。ムースがすごく濃厚でホタテの出汁がよく出てて美味しい♡
【オーロラサーモン】
洋梨とビーツを液体窒素で凍らせたものを最後に乗せて。
サーモンが口の中でとろける♡
【北寄貝オレキエッテ】
北寄貝とブロッコリーのパスタ。貝の食感とオレキエッテのもちもち食感がすごくよく合う。

屋久島の鹿をロティに。ポルトソースがすごく美味しい！お肉は癖とか臭みが全くなく柔らかい。

シェフおすすめのデザート。いちごとクリーム、カリカリした食感のクッキーみたいなのが層になっていて食感がとても良い◎
甘すぎずすごく美味しかった。

小菓子は３種類。
プチフォンダンショコラ/サブレディアマン/琥珀糖
綺麗に盛り付けられていて全て手作り。どれも美味しかった！
カフェは紅茶やお茶など12種類から選べます。匂いを嗅いでどれにするか選べるのがすごく楽しかった！
シェフがワインソムリエで、お料理に合わせてワインを出してくれたり、ワインの知識を色々教えてくれたりしてとても楽しかったです。
お料理もどれも繊細で美しくてもちろんすごく美味しい！
