十番右京

恵比寿店もオープン。土日もフルに常に満員御礼の麻布十番、十番右京に足を運びました。
十番右京といえば、アラカルトしかない珠玉のメニューは贅を極め、ハイクオリティパフォーマンスの港区を代表する現代的居酒屋テイストのお店です。
移転する前は毎月、伺っておりましたが、コロナ渦が明けて新店舗にリニューアルオープンしてからは初めての訪問となりました。
食べログから電話予約をしました。
ウェブから予約出来ますが、当日予約は午後からいつもいっぱいになるので前日までの予約が幸いです。
頂いたアラカルトは下記の通り。
◯雲丹とあわびのわさびあえ
先付としてぴったり。
◯鰹のレアカツ
カツオを生ハムで包んで揚げたフライで、本鮪の頬肉かと思う柔らかさ。岩塩でいただく。
◯蟹クリームコロッケ
手作りタルタルソースをずわい蟹のたっぷりと身が入った大きなコロッケにつける。
◯瞬間燻製ハンバーグ
長谷川稔がお得意のショータイム。ハンバーグに仕込んだ隠し味が味噌。
◯トリュフと山形牛のすき焼きご飯
甘く柔らかくサッパリして脂っぽくない和牛に、サマートリュフの香りを乗せて。
◯海のたまごかけご飯
醤油なんて要らない。雲丹、いくら、キャビアを乗せて。
◯和ダレのフォアグラ丼
口の中で蕩けた。和風照り焼きソースがご飯に合う。
世界中の高級食材が全部いただけて、
たらふく飲んで食べて、一人7000円ちょいって
ここ麻布十番やで やばいってコスパ。
いやあ、大満足。
強いていえば、トリュフと和牛の組み合わせより
トリュフのTKGにすればもっとトリュフがたくさん食べられた事は次回への宿題にしたい。
いうて2000円代に、お腹いっぱいで追加してない
文句も言いません。完璧。
美味しかった。
