All seats at our restaurant are counter seats, but we also have counter seats in reserved rooms with sunken kotatsu seats, limited to 10 people. In the private room, you can wipe off your shoes. It can also be used for special occasions such as anniversaries and birthdays, entertainment, and dinner parties. The main counter seats are made from a single piece of cypress. We will provide you with a special dining experience as you watch the chef handle the knives, explain the dishes, and watch the chefs work right in front of your eyes.
Food We offer food made with truly delicious ingredients.
By using red vinegar made by aging sake lees for 6 years, we create a sushi rice that brings out the flavor of Yoshikawa's toppings. We use seaweed from a long-established company in Gunma Prefecture that has been in business for over 150 years, and it has a strong salty scent and melts in your mouth.
