なんだかお忍び感のあるお店。思ってたよりアットホームなあたたかみのあるお店でした。
コース内容は、結構あれこれお願いしたんだけど快く融通きかせてくれた。
ポーション小さめにしてもらってるので、写真はそれを踏まえてみてください。ひとつひとつ、しっかり美味しくて、ピータンがされどピータンんでした。さりげなく超美味。
渡蟹の紹興酒漬けもクオリティ高め。スープの旨味もいいし、全体的にとっても美味しいです。
濃い味付けが多かったかも、なので薄いの嫌ってひとは最高に美味しいです。
フカヒレもいい具合、スープがどろっとしてなくてオリジナリティあった。アワビの冷たいおそばとか、すごく美味しい。
センスがよいのだなー、という印象。デザートも美味しかったでし。
