Relaxing and sophisticated Shanghai home cooking combining seasonal ingredients and reliable techniques
Located just a 10-minute walk from Hiroo Station, in a corner of Minami-Aoyama 7-chome, once known as a "barren land for gourmets," Chun-Chu is a famous Shanghai home-style restaurant that has been in |
I went here for a celebration. It's a high-end Chinese Cuisine located very close to the Red Cross Hospital in Hiroo. I used to drink a lot around here, but this was my first time at this restaurant. The interior is calm, and the staff are friendly. All the Chinese dishes in the course were delicious, and the flavor was generally mild. The shark fin in particular was thick and exquisite. The chive soba noodles I had at the end also gently warmed my stomach, which had become cold from the sake. It's a bit pricey, but it's a restaurant that seems suitable for a variety of situations. I'll probably come again.
