マノワで青首鴨っ！って思ってキャンセル待ちしてたんだけど
残念ながらキャンセル出なかったので
広尾のヒラマツでステキランチすることにしました♪
レストランウェディングも手がけるとあって
清楚で上品なレストランです(≧ω≦)
サービスも洗練されていて姫気分になれちゃいます♪

ムースにコクがあって、えびの身のごろっと感がいいですな～

冬野菜と海老のフリカッセを詰めた蕪のファルシー！
イチバン気に入ったよ(≧∪≦)
中をくり抜いた蕪の中にほっくりした里芋の仲間とシャキシャキしたネギ、桜海老の甘さにクリーミーなソースが絶妙な美味しさ！
しっかりチーズ味のリゾットが味に変化を与えてまた違った味わいも楽しめちゃう
メインは真鱈のムニエルにしました
もしかしたら、白子もついてくるんじゃないか？って思って☆
そうしたら、ビンゴー！
サックサククルトンに白子が鎮座してましたよ
カレー風味が合います
ベアルネーズソースは卵黄のパステルイエローが美しく、爽やかなソースで春らしく感じました
デザートの前にチーズを勧められたので
はちみつと併せてパンと一緒にいただきました
とろりと柔らかな冬限定のチーズは
口当たりがよく、はちみつの甘みが加わり
デザートみたいでした
で、デザートは
紫芋のモンブラン仕立て
カシスのシャーベットも♪
も～ぅビジュアル美し～い！
しかも
ヌガーにさっくりサブレ、紫芋のクリームの淡い口どけがたまらなくシアワセ！な気分にさせてくれました
小菓子が付くのもウレシイ(^w^)
ポーションは少なめ（私にはですが）ですが
お料理の見た目に味、お店の雰囲気、サービスの心地よさに
うっとりできます～
平日ランチは１８００円と超オトクなので
