一言でいうと好みど真ん中⭐️
素材と旨みのバランスを活かす、ここだという塩加減、
こんな組み合わせ意外だけど、美味しいやん、という驚き、
全てのお料理が最初から最後まで安定して味のレベル感にブレがなく、
お酒も任せると合うものがチョイスされる、
流石でした。
しかもウチの常備酒、乾坤一の純米辛口が出てくるなんて、嬉しい！
だいたい、醤油やオリーブオイルなどの基本的な調味料やお酒の好みが合うお店は、お料理の味も合う傾向ですね。当たり前と言えば当たり前ですけど。
唯一、お箸だけは角張ってて太くて痛くて、細い方がお料理に合うと思うので変えて欲しいところです、、、。
ただ、和食でこのレベルでこのお値段、最近良い和食屋さんを探してましたが、ここは通い続ける一軒になりました✨
