今回訪問したのは、イル テアトリーノ ダ サローネ。サローネグループで2010年から営業を行うお店です。
以前中華街のSALONE2007へも訪問し、イタリアの郷土料理を活かしたコースと毎月変わるコースに感動し、グループ店の存在も気になりはじめたのが訪問のきっかけ。
こちらのお店は広尾駅からは徒歩15分ほど歩いた場所に位置します。比較的歩きでは遠いのでタクシー等の交通手段を使うのが便利。ビルの階段を下ると、高級感のある雰囲気に変わっていきます。扉を開けて通していただくと、SALONE2007とは違い、L字のカウンタースペースに通して頂きます。カウンター形式で照明も薄暗いので、デートにもぴったりそうなお店。その他にテーブル席も３つほどあるんだとか。
さて、今回はコース料理となっており、早速コースがスタート。
一つ目は三種のスナック。
グリッシーニ
サクッと崩れる生地としっかりと味を感じる生ハムの美味しさ
バーニャカウダー
これがバーニャカウダーなんですね。食感はお菓子の生地のようにしっとり柔らかく、パプリカの風味が豊かに香り美味しい
