予想以上にハンバーグが美味しかった
神谷町での昼食。この日は３名で外食。
神谷町駅直結の虎ノ門40MTビルB1Fの全店制覇となるプラチナフィッシュへ行ってみた。
プラチナフィッシュ＝白銀魚らしく、最初魚金グループかと思ったらそうではなく、
このブランドで新橋、川崎、船橋とかに飲食店を展開している会社のようだ。
入店すると意外とお店は広く、オシャレで、満員だった。
一つテーブルが空いていて、私たち３人は入れて良かった。
さて、私以外の２人は既に一度行ったことがあるとのことで、
彼らからハンバーグがとりあえず美味しかったと教えてくれた。
そこで私はハンバーグランチ 1,000円を選ぶ。
もう一人もハンバーグ、もう一人はホワイトチキンというチキンソテー 1000円を注文した。
私のハンバーグランチはサラダの方が多そうに見えるが、ハンバーグは分厚く、
実際は200gのお肉。中までしっかり焼かれていたが、ジューシーで決して固くはなかった。
まさにあふれる肉汁、そしてすごく旨かった。
わさびと粗塩、和風ソースが付いてきて、どちらで食べても旨い。
特にわさびと粗塩で頂くと牛肉のうま味がしっかりと感じられた。
ご飯が進む。
ご飯とスープはお替り可能。
ハンバーグを大切に食べていたらご飯を半分くらいお替りできた。
虎ノ門40MTビルB1Fの飲食店はどこも美味しい。
その中でこのお店が一番美味しいと思った。
1000円は高いようで、このくらいはかかるのが神谷町。
いつも通うかはわからないが、ルーティーンに入れたいお店だった。

It's Friday, a while after the new year. Our department's New Year's party was held. The secretary is H-kun, the youngest. He was looking for a store in the Kamiyacho area and chose this one, located in a building directly connected to the station. Platinum Fish Kamiyacho is a grilled fish restaurant. When I used it for lunch, it was very delicious, and even though it was only 1000 yen, I was very satisfied. So I thought that H-kun's choice was good. Well, first of all, let's have an all-you-can-drink beer. It's also delicious served in a pitcher. The first thing that came out was salad and carpaccio (2 slices per person). After a while, thinly sliced roast pork. This is also a small amount for one person. I thought it was a somewhat lonely knob. Then there's sautéed white fish and grilled chicken. This is also a piece for each person. The boss (section manager), who was a little late, ordered a menu of adult fries as if he was going to cover the cost for me. Finally, the garlic rice arrives. This was just a taste. The all-you-can-drink menu isn't bad, and the food overall is delicious. The service isn't bad either. But the volume of food is small. This restaurant doesn't seem to be able to serve course meals. I think it's probably better to order a la carte for at most 4 people at night. It was disappointing as I had high expectations. Two hours later, the six middle-aged men left the restaurant and started eating at a certain Izakaya (Japanese-style bar).
