明治23(1890)年に赤坂で鮮魚店『魚新』として創業､赤坂花柳界の料亭への仕出し屋を経て日本料理店に。
貫禄とも言える老舗中の老舗でありながら敷居が高いイメージある日本料理を気軽に堪能できるお店として多くの人に愛される人気店､日本料理TOKYOの百名店にも選ばれています。当日仕入れた最上級の食材を職人の技で四季を留めた和食へと誂えます。
《炭籠弁当》は魚新の"味"を詰め合わせた「とゝや魚新」お昼の名物メニューで先付に味噌汁とデザート付き。
なおネットには松花堂弁当も出ててめっちゃ魅力的なんだけど聞いたら今は取り扱い無いとの事。
本日の先付は厚揚げの野菜餡､味わい深い出汁の効いた一品で凄く品を感じます。
そして炭籠弁当､文字情報がやたら増えそうなのでメニュー写真でw 右端の口取りからじゃこ山椒俵ご飯までが炭籠に盛り付けられた逸品✨ 一つ一つが本当美味しくて日本料理の奥深さの一旦を感じられます､旨い❣️
