貝大好物です。知人から勧められ訪問。
ちょっと敷居の高い外観ですが、お昼は1200円からいただけます。
離れのカウンター席に案内されました。年季の入った扉から隙間風。古びた水槽には高級そうな貝がひしめき合っています。13時半入店のためか、わたし1人きり。店員さんもおらずちょっと心細くなるほど古く狭い空間です。
注文から10分ほどで配膳されました。
★かき揚げ定食1200円
かき揚げには貝柱と貝ヒモがたっぷり。三つ葉の良い香りです。甘辛いタレが美味しい‼︎さいまき海老の頭と鰹で出汁をとっているそうです。感動。お出汁をかけて天茶漬けにすると、鰹出汁の香りが際立ち悶絶の良い香りです。まろやかになりとっても美味しい❤︎
あさりのお味噌汁はぷりぷりの高級あさりがたっぷり。身体に染み入ります。しみじみと美味しい。さすが塩梅も絶妙です。
デザートはお豆腐のチーズケーキ。ほのかに甘い程度の極めてヘルシーなチーズケーキでした。
