赤坂にある【貝作】さんは、雰囲気のある一軒家の料理店。ルーツは静岡で、赤坂でも50年近く営業されており、その名の通り貝料理を中心としたメニューを提供されています。夜は20,000円からの高級店ですが、ランチタイムは1,320円〜とリーズナブルなお値段。
この日は、貝たっぷり掻き揚げ丼御膳(ご飯大盛、1,320円税込)をいただきました。メインディッシュとなる掻き揚げ丼の他、旨みの染み出たアサリ味噌汁、お新香、水菓子、コーヒーが付いたセット。掻き揚げはサクサクで、貝がたっぷりと入っています。途中から、セットのお出汁を投入し、掻き揚げ茶漬として美味しくいただきました。ご飯を大盛(無料)にすることでボリュームもそこそこあり、上品で贅沢なランチとなりました。
月曜12時前に伺った際には空いていて、スムーズにいただくことができました。ご馳走様でした。
