焼きふぐが美味しい！
とにかく焼きふぐが美味しいのです！
何故かお店的には「てっさ」や「てっちり」といった料理をオススメしてきますが、個人的に最も美味しいと思うのは焼きふぐです。
甘辛いタレと、ふぐの柔らかい旨味がマッチして、炭火で焼くとタレの風味がしっかり感じられてとても美味しいのです。
今回は思わず一人で2人前を食べて、更に追加でふぐ皮も食べてしまいました。
炭水化物は食べなかったですが、河豚だけで腹パンになりました！

実は結構ヘビロテしているチェーン店のフグ屋さんですが、ここは焼きふぐが実に美味しいのです。
お店のメニューや店員さんにはコースのふぐちりとか、てっさとかそう言うのを推してきますが、単品で焼きふぐ（僕は一人で2人前くらい食べれちゃいます）がとっても美味！
ニンニクがしっかり効いたこのタレをたっぷりつけて炭火で焼くと箸が止まりません。
ついでにふぐ丼みたいなやつをシェアスタイルで締めにいただけば完璧です。
