フグの季節になると、トラフグが食べたくなるんですよね〜。
という事で今年は初めてのとらふぐ亭赤坂へ。
泳ぎとらふぐコースを予約して行きました。
お店の入口にフグがすし詰めになった水槽が…もっと水槽を綺麗に、そして余裕がある感じにしてあげたらいいのにと思いました。大量のフグが苦しそうにしているのは、これからフグを食べようと思っているのにちょっとマイナスかも。フグの顔はかわいいのに、可愛そうな感じがしました。
店内２階個室へ。雰囲気は居酒屋さんっぽい感じ。１階はお洒落なカウンターのようでした。
①最初にでてきた皮刺しがコラーゲンたっぷりといった感じでおいしかったです。
②次のてっさもコリコリ歯ごたえもよく、美味しい。
③から揚げは、先日お寿司屋さんで頂いたフグから揚げの方がおいしかったなぁ。
もう少し研究して美味しそうにだしてくれたらなおよしって感じでした。
④泳ぎてっちり、切り身がヒクヒク動いていました。かなり新鮮。
葛切りが上等で、とってもおいしかったです。フグの歯ごたえもよく、美味。
⑤雑炊と漬物。卵がかなりいい色、これも上等な卵なんでしょうね～。
出汁がちょっと薄い感じはしましたが、味付けで調整。
⑥デザートは甘い最中、に暖かいお茶。でてくるのが遅かったですが、味は美味しかったです。
全体的に人手不足なんだろうなぁという感じで、サービスはまぁまぁでしたが、このお値段でとらふぐが食べれたので満足です。
