炭火焼きふぐは、ふぐの身がピクピクと動いている捌きたての状態で提供されました。
ニンニク醤油ベースのタレをふぐに絡めて、炭火で焼いていただく一品です。
ニンニクの風味が食欲をそそる美味しい味わいでした。
ふぐ飯は、とらふぐの切り身、皮刺し、山芋、とろろ昆布、卵、出汁を絡め、ご飯と混ぜていただく一品です。
塩味も程よく、とても美味しい味わいでした。
店内、清潔感のある雰囲気のお店です。
