We offer a variety of simmered Simmered dish that change daily and are served on long plates handmade by the proprietress. An assortment of 7 to 8 items is 1,500 yen per person. You can enjoy seasonal ingredients in a variety of ways. In addition, ``braised pork'', which is simmered over two days, is our most popular menu item. This is a masterpiece made with domestic pork that is well-seasoned and melts in your mouth. The soft-boiled eggs that accompany the meat are Okukuji eggs from Tochigi Prefecture.
