いつもは上野で会う社長と夕方に赤坂見附でお会いしたので、板前寿司 赤坂みすじ通り店で鮮魚。
カズノコ、しめ鯖、まぐろひれ肉塩焼き、マグロユッケ等注文したが、なんかもうちょっと・・・と言う事で、お店に確認したとところ、マグロが売りだと言うので、改めて「板前本まぐろ刺盛り」を注文。
カウンター横を見たら、マグロはあの有名な「やま幸」からの仕入であることが判明。
板前本まぐろ刺盛り はやはり赤身からトロまでメチャメチャ旨い。
ネギトロも付いていたので、焼きのりを注文、それに巻いて食べるなどマグロには満足。
